The Mechanical Engineering Department at Temple University is committed to excellence in engineering education and state of the art research. The department offers Bachelor of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering with an option to specialize in Bioengineering or Energy Systems, five year BS/MS program, Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy. The department is home to 11 tenured/tenure track faculty, 3 research faculty, 3 teaching track faculty, more than 300 undergraduate students, and 50 graduate students.
