      Temple’s Electrical & Computer Engineering (ECE) Department would like to welcome you to learn more about our department and the broad field of electrical engineering as you explore our website.

OUR MISSION

      The ECE Department is supportive of the College of Engineering’s mission to provide students with a high quality, innovative, and globally competitive learning experience in engineering, engineering technology, and the applied sciences. Engineering graduates are to be educated professionals with the technical, problem-solving, and communication skills required to succeed in the workplace and in society.

     We strive to facilitate and further develop our student’s technical, problem solving and communication skills; which will in turn make them indispensable in the work force. Our Department pursues the above objectives in a learning environment that celebrates ethnic and gender diversity, respects experience, and encourages problem solving through teamwork.

LOCATION

      We are located on 1947 North 12th Street Philadelphia, PA on the seventh floor of Temple University’s Engineering & Architecture Building.
