Dr. Joseph Thomas Coe, Jr., joins Temple University from The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina, where he made excellent achievements in teaching and research. As a geotechnical engineer, Dr. Coe has focused his research on p-wave based nondestructive imaging systems, instrumentation and sensor technology. Dr. Coe’s research has been widely published in the ASCE Journal of Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering among others. Dr. Coe received his Ph.D., M.S. and B.S. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
